Ningbo Hongxie Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a State-level Auto Parts & Accessory Export Base Enterprise and Ningbo New & High-Tech Enterprise which was established in 1996 as a Sino-Foreign joint venture specialized in manufacturing various auto clutch assemblies. The company occupies 15,000 square meters of land including 11,000 square meters of the construction area made up of five workshops with over 230 employees.

The annual production capacity of auto clutch cover and disc assemblies is now up to 1,500,000 units with the annual sales volume of over RMB100 million. Over 70% of our products are exported globally to Europe, North America and Middle East, etc. and about 30% for original equipment manufacturer.

The company possesses its own auto clutch R&D center with a b technical team of more than 30 engineers and supported by advanced CAD/CAM software for tools and product aided design and manufacture. So we are professional in developing various auto clutch and mechanical products independently. We have already developed out almost 600 types of products successfully with a wide range vehicle applications including passenger cars, light and heavy duty trucks and racing cars etc. for GM, BMW, Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, Mazda, Nissan, Mitsubishi and etc.

The whole set of machining, heat-treating equipment and various advanced testing facilities enable us to satisfy our customers with high and stable quality, such as different kinds of punch and hydraulic press machine from 10~1000tons, automatic heat-treatment line, digital controlled lathe and machining center, and synthesized performance testing equipment, fatigue testing machine for clutch cover and disc, and load characteristic testing machine for diaphragm spring etc. Our in-process testing capability enables immediate feedback and correction on the process that guarantees our product performance can meet the requirements of our customers consistently.

The company also continuously introduces advanced management models, achieved the ISO9002 certification in April 1998, the QS-9000:1998 and ISO9001:2000 certification in December 2001 and obtained the ISO/TS16949:2002 certificate in May 2005.
