Ningbo Hongxie Clutch Co., Ltd. (the former named Ningbo Hongxie Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) is established in 1995, specialized in the production of automotive clutch. As a National Auto Parts Export Base Enterprise and a State High-Tech Enterprise, the company occupies land of 60,000 square meters including 40,000 square meters of floor area, with the assets of 260million.
Our annual production capacity is 1.8 million sets of clutch; currently, 45% of products are exported to overseas market such as Europe, North America and the Middle East, 55% are made for domestic OEM market. We are developing more than 50 references each year and the number is still increasing. Hongxie has successfully developed over 600 models for cars, light trucks, heavy vehicles and race cars, and cover areas of Europe, America, Japan, etc. For Europe, more than 95% of references have already been covered.
Our company equipped with 10T to 2000T of various types of punches and hydraulic press, automatic heat treatment line, digital control lathes and machining centers; as well as several assembly lines capable of processing and assembling a variety of mechanical products. To ensure the stability of our products, we set up a national test center with a full set of advanced testing equipments. It includes comprehensive performance test benches, dynamic releasing durability test machines, high speed bursting test bench and other test machine for cover & disc assemblies and components.
With our own strong tooling capabilities, Hongxie has developed thousands of sets of precision molds, and become the one of leader enterprise in this industry with the most complete models, which truly meets the diverse demands of customers. Rapid sample making capacity shortened the development cycle, and bring our customers with greater market interest.We constantly introduce advanced management mode. We have adopted ISO9002: 1994 quality system since April 1998, QS-9000: 1998 and ISO9001: 2000 since December 2001. In May 2005, we obtained ISO/TS16949 quality management system certification.
